Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. Some items may have different return windows or may not be eligible for return (see below for exclusions).
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain categories are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., toothbrushes, trimmers)
- Perishables (e.g., food, groceries)
- Innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear
- Downloadable digital products
- Customized or made-to-order items
Exchange Policy
If your product is defective or damaged, you may request a replacement. Replacement is subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/damaged/wrong item sent).
Return Pickup Process
- A return pickup will be scheduled at your address within 2–4 business days after initiating the request.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item to our warehouse, and you’ll be reimbursed for courier charges (with a valid receipt).
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence for a faster resolution.
